Health Differences Across the Life Span II

ECE®  Exam – 3 Credit Hours

This course focuses on the application of the nursing process to support judgement and the provision of patient centered care.  Topics covered include mental health disorders, cognitive impairment, diabetes, and dysfunction of the hepatic, endocrine, biliary and pancreatic systems.  Evidenced based practice, ethical, legal and regulatory guidelines are also addressed.  A sound understanding of anatomy and physiology, microbiology and social science topics are required for this course.
